Our Queen rooms are a medium size room and offer a queen size bed, ensuite shower, and WC. Tea and Coffee making facilities are provided for your convenience.

Guests can choose from our à la carte breakfast menu served in our Lakeview Breakfast Room, which is included in your rate. Complimentary guest laundry available.  We are located just 200 metres from downtown Queenstown.  Parking subject to availability.

Enjoy our daily canapes and wine tasting served in one of our cosy guest lounges, and weather permitting on the deck with spectacular views over to Queenstown Skyline and Lake Wakatipu.
